 She is an internet radio Host & Personality of the show "Looking and Feeling Your Best!" She is, also, the Founder and President of Balancing Act Wardrobe and Personal Shopping Services. Tracie has been Styling & Consulting for over 15 yrs. Specializing in providing on-site image workshops at colleges, corporations and community organizations; as well as, individual personal coaching sessions and wardrobe analysis. Tracie’s professional career also includes: Leadership, sales, coaching, admissions, recruiting, management, Pedagogue and Adjunct Professor: instruction in both elementary and adult education where she holds a Masters degree in Education, jewelry & costume designer, and illustrator.

Tracie is a Style-Diva and continues to turn heads! She has created images for entertainers, actors, models and corporate professionals; freelanced for NYC Urban magazines. Tracie was a Costume Designer for a premiere featured film, http://www.hollywood.com/movie/Naked_Acts/168792

Tracie has emerged herself as a Fashion Leader and Motivational Speaker and has spearheaded Fashion Shows for non-profit agencies, homes for battered women, government agencies such as CareerLink, and Chamber of Commerce events where she was the Fashion Show Coordinator and Commentator just to name a few. Tracie has instructed Fashion courses at community colleges and participated in Leadership Development workshops for Girl Scout of Eastern Pennsylvania. Tracie has now adopted another title to her repertoire. As quoted by Bethlehem Press 6/2011, “Motivational Speaker for young adolescent girls.

Tracie has a profound passion for promoting Youth and diversity. Her commitment to empowering Young girls and woman has resulted in her affiliation with the Board of Directors at the YWCA of Bethlehem, PA. As a board member with the YWCA, for over five years, she has chaired and implemented the successful “Annual Prom Dress Day”.
