BREAKING NEWS: KATE AMES MACK, MRS. GREATER LEHIGH COUNTY AMERICA 2010, TO APPEAR AT THE LEHIGH VALLEY MUSIC AND FASHION EXPO !!!

Kate Mack was born and raised in the Lehigh Valley and couldn’t be happier to represent the area in the Mrs. Pennsylvania America pageant in May. Her innate love for the stage manifested itself at the early age of three upon taking dance lessons and performing in her first recital with such panache that her instructor selected her as Miss Pennsylvania Dance Academy. Since then, Kate danced and cheered her way through the Southern Lehigh School District, graduating with academic honors and two all-star cheerleading team selections. Kate’s high school guidance counselor once wrote that she is “the epitome of altruism,” as revealed in her tireless involvement in extra-curricular activities and an early recognition of her calling to educate and serve youth, which was established firmly upon selection to the prestigious Pennsylvania Governor’s School for Teaching between her junior and senior year. Such a selfless work ethic extended through her years at Lehigh University, where Kate obtained a B.A. in English in three and a half years and an M.Ed. in Secondary Education in a year and a half, all while accepting honors as model initiate and recruitment chair of her sorority, Chi Omega; attaining Dean’s List; being selected Who’s Who Among American College Students; and co-founding the Association of Student Alumni, for which she served as VP Recruitment and General Vice President. Toward the end of her years at Lehigh, Kate met the man who would become her husband, James Mack, and spent some time settling into her teaching career promptly upon graduating. Despite a self-proclaimed departure from performing, dance and cheer re-introduced itself in Kate’s life a few short months later when the Lehigh Valley Outlawz professional indoor football team scouted her to perform with the counterpart Lady Outlawz professional dance team. After dancing for one year on the team, she also directed the affairs of the squad for the next two years, which included auditioning potential team members, scheduling appearances, choreographing halftime performances, and working in public relations. Throughout all of her ventures, Kate has competed in local and statewide pageants since middle school and most recently decided to compete in MRS. systems since marrying James, hanging up her dancing shoes, and discovering the work of Operation Smile, her platform cause. Through pageantry, Kate has found a new medium to raise awareness and funds for Operation Smile, namely, the Operation Smile Charity Golf Tournament, held Saturday, April 17th, 2010 at the Center Valley Club. The tournament raised enough funds to provide three children with life-changing cleft lip/palate repair surgeries, as well as 150 post-operative smile bags complete with toys, coloring books, and even a pocket mirror for recovering children to view their brand new smile. Kate hopes that through obtaining a state title, she can not only continue to serve others through work with her platform, but also precipitate a renewed interest in the glamour and excitement of pageantry in the Lehigh Valley via the establishment of a local preliminary competition.

Sheri Bayne has been photographing for over 15 years. She started off working at a portrait studio and taking pictures for a local newspaper. She now works freelance and one of her specialties is music photography.
This past year she won the Directors award for photography at the Lehigh Valley Music Awards and was nominated two other times. She has done promo and live photography for local bands. In fact, that soundtrack is titled "2 Sides To Every Story", Crown Royyal's highly anticipated mixtape CD that's poised to usher in a generation of talent in hip hop. Crown Royyal was born Antoine Antonio Alston on October 2, 1985 in Brooklyn, NY. Growing up in a musically-inclined family, he knew he was destined for a career in music and throughout his teenage years. Crown performed at local venues to hone his craft, ultimately generating a buzz among his peers and throughout the industry. Nevertheless, it was navigating thru the tough streets of Crown Heights that truly shaped Crown Royyal into the type of artist he is today.


A multi-talented producer and recording artist, Crown Royyal first stated making beats at the age of 16 when he purchased his real workstation keyboard, The Korg Triton. Motivated by the lack of support given to him by producers in his own neighborhood, Crown Royyal took it upon himself to start producing his own music and it was around that same time he also recorded his first song. While trying not to fall victim to the streets like so many of his friends around him, Crown put the focus on his music and other activities at Nazareth Regional High School in Brooklyn such as running track and performing at local talent shows. Unfortunately, there was a point when Crown decided that instead of ending up dead or in jail, it was time to put the focus back on his music career.


Generating a buzz for his unique production skills, Crown started producing for local artists including Live Wire and Jay Jordan, who was signed to music industry veteran Kedar Massenburg's label, Kedar Entertainment Group at the time, while, simultaneously, writing and recording his own own music. While in the studio in the summer of 2009, Crown got wind of the BET/Nike, "Be True" Hot 16 Cypher contest which was a nationwide search for the next new and emerging artist to take the industry by storm.

Beating out 20,000 other contestants voted on by BET viewers, Crown recorded a freestyle Cypher video with legendary and rising recording artists such Mos Def, Black Thought from the ROOTS, Nicki Minaj, Joe Budden and more which was aired during the BET Hip Hop Awards in October. Seen by millions of of people around the world including artists and music industry executives in the building. The Cypher video was Crown Royyal's official introduction to the masses. Paula Brion is a well known recording artist/actress who has appeared at various clubs, parks, recreational centers, prisons, and churches throughout the New York Tri-state/Upstate areas.
In the 1990's, she appeared on one of television's hottest shows, "New York Undercover" and became a finalist on two of television's top talent shows, "Star Search" and "Showtime at the Apollo" (she won 7 times).
She has landed several record deals with labels such as Tommy Boy, Mercury, 4th & B'way, and FFRR. (She charted #1 on England's Dance Charts).
Ms. Brion has, also, performed and recorded with artists like Blue Magic, Delphonics, Ray Goodman and Brown, Queen Latifah, Full Force, and Cheryl "Pepsi" Riley. She has sung on jingles for HBO and Honey Comb cereal and has vocal coached some of the best artists in the business, such as Brenda K. Starr and Jennifer Lopez.
Recently, Mz. Paula Brion was nominated for several prestigious 2009 Lehigh Valley Music Award. She, also, performed at a BENEFIT 4 HAITI sponsored by the RED CROSS and Wyclef Jean's YELE Foundation, which raised over $2000.00 for those who were effected by the tragic earthquake. About us

Established in 2009 as Lehigh Valley's premiere Breakdance competition, Mayfair Breakdance Challenge quickly became an acclaimed Breakdance competition throughout the Tri-State metropolitan area. Mayfair Breakdance Challenge has imprinted its permanent stamp on the Breakdance scene with its passion and relentless promotion for the art of breakdance.

Also abbreviated as (MBC), Mayfair Breakdance Challenge is part of a large music and arts festival in Allentown, Pa. called Mayfair Festival of the Arts, which is running its 24th year this Spring season 2010. Mayfair Breakdance Challenge is operated by Miracle Breakers LLC, an event promotions company separate entity from Mayfair Inc. that specializes in dance competitions.

Since our start our goal has been to continue creating opportunities for competitive dancers to be recognized and awarded for their talents while aiming to attract the most dynamic, skilled dance crews around the Tri-State (and beyond) to compete in the Lehigh Valley. The 2009 Spring dance competition featured dance crews from New York, New Jersey, and from several cities in Pennsylvania (Allentown, Easton, Philadelphia, Harrisburg, Lancaster and Reading).

His name is Cap Cee and he was born and raised in NYC. He moved to the Valley in 1993and started his Hip Hop career as a rapper and had a stint as the opener for The Fugees. He made appearances on MTV in the summer of 2000, along side Eminem, Dr. Dre, Xzibit, and Snoop Dogg. He began his radio career back in 1997 on WLVR Lehigh college radio with the "The Hip Hop 101 Show" and he was able to interview many artists which included: Jim Jones, Jadakiss, Little Brother, Dead Prez, Chamillionare, NeYo, Fabulous, etc. He "dropped the mic" and started deejaying in 2002. His first gig was at a popular club called Banana Joe's. As a DJ, he has opened for the Brooklyn Hip Hop Fesitival in 2004 and 2005 and, also, opened for
LL Cool J, Ghostface, Big Daddy Kane, etc. He started a DJ company called
Audio Dynamikz, and they have the reputation for throwing the hottest parties in the Lehigh Valley. And he's only just begun...
