THIS IS A LETTER TO CITY COUNCILMAN MICHAEL DONOVAN WHO IS FRETTING OVER A SITUATION THAT USED TO GIVE ME SLEEPLESS NIGHTS YEARS AGO. I HAVE DISCOVERED THAT THE ONLY ANSWER TO MOVING A CITY FORWARD IS TO MOVE "THE PEOPLE" FORWARD, WHICH I ATTEMPT DO EVERYDAY.....

JUST REMEMBER, MIKE, YOU ARE NOT ALONE IN THIS BATTLE. THERE ARE MANY OF US IN THE TRENCHES WHEN IT COMES TO REVITALIZING ALLENTOWN. STAY STRONG!

Take my advice, KEEP IT MOVING !
In this life, you need to have HATERS to prove that you are going AGAINST the norm. If I woke up one morning and everyone liked me, I would KNOW I was doing something wrong. You have no reason to resign. You just need to find common ground in the community and stay consistent with it.
CONSISTENCY is key. You need to continue to represent the people the best way you know how which is by being on the City Council and questioning/investigating every situation that may be harmful to the residents, communities, and businesses in A-town.
I will represent the people the best way I know how, which is by continuing to put together quality community events and projects that will inform the people about organizations and programs, show them positive and productive paths they can take in life, and give them a sense of pride in their culture and themselves.
And even the Villas, the KING AND QUEEEN of HATERS, again, don't take my word for it, go read their messages on their blog, www.bloggingdottie.blogspot.com (they dubbed me the infamous MEDIA WHORE) will do as they do, attempt to create chaos while doing absolutely nothing to improve life in Allentown but being involved in projects that they hope to use in order to spread larceny about others, attempt to obtain a non-existent power structure, and, hopefully, get a shred of respect that, unfortunately, they lost a long time ago.
But even they are useful as they play their part in this game called Life, because they serve as an example to all people that this is a family NO ONE wants to emulate. Oh, yes, people will associate with them out of FEAR of their "internet retaliation schemes" but in reality, they are powerless and alone and I believe deep down inside, THEY even know it.

So, keep doing what you are doing, MD,

You'll be okay, just remember to NOT JUST TALK ABOUT IT, BUT BE ABOUT IT.
